Trauma Therapy & EMDR

Traumas can be overwhelming, but with EMDR—a scientifically validated approach—we can work together to process these experiences and foster lasting change.

Having guided many through severe trauma, I am committed to supporting you every step of the way toward healing and moving forward.

It’s not about erasing the past – it’s about reclaiming your future

Let’s work through the pain of the past, understand how your mind and body respond to trauma, and help you build a future where you feel free, whole, and empowered.

How this will help

We’ll use EMDR to target the root of your trauma, so you can experience lasting relief. This process helps calm your nervous system, transform negative beliefs, and build a sense of safety and empowerment.

My experience & approach

I’ve been EMDR-trained since 2019 and have worked with clients facing severe trauma. I combine EMDR with Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic techniques to tackle trauma from all angles — brain, body, and parts of self.

We’ll figure out the process together, moving at your pace. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and tailored to you.

About EMDR therapy

EMDR uses bilateral stimulation — like eye movements or taps — to help your brain process stuck trauma. It’s science-backed, fast-acting, and proven to reduce distress from even the toughest memories.

No endless talking in circles — just a straightforward method to help you move forward. That’s why EMDR is considered the gold standard for trauma therapy
